Orchard Hill is an Assisted Living Residence that has been in operation since 1997 offering a small, unique home-like rental community. We are a family owned, for profit community that provides personal care services in residential and social environment all while preserving resident independence, choice, dignity and respect. Our personal commitment to residents and their families provides a boutique approach to Assisted Living that is unsurpassed in the industry. At Orchard Hill there are no large entrance fees or hidden costs. One monthly fee includes the rental of your apartment, use of amenities, weekly housekeeping, maintenance, delicious dining, scheduled transportation, 24-hour staffing and social educational and cultural activities.

Assisted Living at Orchard Hill

Intentionally scaled to enhance our residents’ sense of belonging and engagement, Orchard Hill has only 45 residential apartments, along with numerous communal areas for gathering and socializing, located throughout the three-story building. At Orchard Hill, there are no large entrance fees for new residents, nor are there any hidden costs.

The Apartments

There are no large entrance fees nor hidden costs for residents at Orchard Hill. We have 35 one bedroom and 10 studio apartments, with one monthly fee that includes the rental of your apartment; all utilities, amenities and activities; weekly housekeeping; regular maintenance; three delicious meals daily; scheduled medical transportation; 45 minutes per day of personal care assistance; and 24-hour staffing.

Assisted and Independent Living Monthly Fee Includes:

  • Nurse on staff seven days per week
  • 24-hour staffing including overnight Resident Care Associates
  • 24-hour Emergency Response Pendant System
  • Three delicious restaurant style meals per day in our beautiful dining room
  • Weekly housekeeping and linen laundering service
  • Scheduled medical transportation
  • Scheduled transportation for shopping, banking and activities
  • Vibrant Activities program that encompasses social, educational, physical and cultural events
  • Daily bed making and trash removal
  • Apartment heat, air conditioning and electricity costs

Assisted Living Monthly Fee Includes:

  • 45 minutes of personal care assistance daily for help with bathing, grooming, dressing, transfers, toileting and escorts.

Personal Care Packages:

Orchard Hill offers additional personal care options for residents who may require more care and help with activities of daily living, whether the assistance is temporary or permanent in nature. The determination of personal care package needed is based upon the resident’s health status, both physical and cognitive. We can accommodate a wide array of needs, and also coordinate care with off-site agencies and providers, such as Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Podiatry and Specialized Nursing Services.

Stay Independent: 45 minutes of personal care per day, included with monthly rental fee.


Supportive Light: an hourly rate for those residents who have very specific care requests.


Supportive: for those residents who need more assistance with activities of daily living, cueing, and additional physical assistance completing tasks up to 10 hours weekly.


Supportive Plus: includes up to 15 hours weekly of personal care, escorts and additional assistance with toileting.
