| Making a Move / Moving In |

| The Orchard Hill staff is cognizant of the anxiety which may accompany the move from their previous home and works with the resident and their family to make the transition as seamless as possible. The entire Orchard Hill team provides a myriad of services and assistance to help with the new Resident’s transition to Orchard Hill.
Each department head will visit with the new resident, to get to know them and welcome them into our warm and inviting community! Our resident mentor will introduce the resident to their fellow residents at meals and activities, to help them meet new friends and begin enjoying their new home immediately. |

| The Orchard Hill staff will take time to listen and learn about what the interests, likes and dislikes might be of the new resident, so that we can specifically provide such things as a special food item, or a new activity. We provide escorts to all meals and activities to assist the resident in becoming acclimated to their new environment.
Current residents are happily very involved when a new person moves in and are pleased to acclimate a new fellow resident.
